Columbia native Charles Rodriguez 31, robbed a jeweler in  Manchester, Britain, and got away with €80,000 that’s 100,000 USD.   How could someone be dumb enough to rob a jeweler then, post pictures on Facebook. This guy starts off the list in 2013 for Worlds dumbest criminals.
