Do you have memories of long lost pubs of Chapel St? Or would you like to help share peoples memories?

During April and May, we will be working with Salford based People’s Voice Media on a Heritage lottery funded project that will celebrate Chapel Streets pubs; once thriving places where communities congregated, many of which are now closed.

We want help to collect stories and recreate images of these culturally and socially vital places to help document and celebrate this local history, and we’d like to hear from anyone with stories to tell or interested in learning how to help share people’s memories.

Workshops costing £1 are open to anyone interested and will take place 1 – 3pm on the following Wednesdays;
