How do you know when you’re on to something great?

Maybe when from day one everyone is excited? Everyone involved is passionate. Everyone wants to work hard and things only seem to get better. Any bump in the road is just that – a minor bump in the road and then it goes straight back to smooth sailing and even bigger goals.
