There is a new tram stop at New Islington to serve parts of Ancoats going to Bury and Ashton.  Turn one way and you see trendy flats like Chips, turn the other, however, and you see this sad derelict building.  I suspect it will get torn down before anything else happens on that piece of land.  That’s how they roll round here…
