Dream Catcher moored in Castle Quay
Castle Quay, although surrounded by busy restaurants and bars, numerous bridges carrying trains and trams, is surprisingly quiet especially after the ‘tourists’ go home! I did arrive on Easter weekend so some intrusion has to be expected, but thankfully I missed the mayhem of Good Friday – when not only were the pavements 4 deep with people but the moorings were 4 deep with boats breasted up!! Glad I missed that.
After full recovery from the previous day I went exploring as it is a very interesting part of Manchester.
