Visiting Louis Armstrong’s personal pad was definitely a highlight of the trip. It was something which I had been wavering about – Louis Armstrong was always a maybe in my books, he was classic, but was not really on my favourites list. But I’m glad I did it, for it turned out to be a really special and memorable visit!
