Are you thinking to spend the Carnival in Brazil but  don’t know where things really happens? Things happens in Rio de Janeiro, baby! In Rio you will find numerous street parties and a lot of fun.

Carnival in Rio is considered the biggest carnival in the world with two million people per day on the streets. There are a huuuuge options to participate in the carnival, from parades of samba schools in the Sambadrome to street carnival with carnival bands and parties that extend throughout the city. For most brazilians this time of year is a great joy, people dress up and go to the street “sambar”.

During five days, the “foliões” (name given to the festive people that really enjoy the carnival) leave their homes ready for another day of celebration. Are you ready?
