Cooking: It can be fun and easy!
This recipe is definitely one of my favorites. “Creme de Milho” or corn cream, is the perfect combination to follow grilled chicken or pork chops. It’s sweet but it’s salty at the same time. My friend came over to lunch today and I cooked corn cream, white rice, and grilled chicken and she really enjoyed it. It’s really easy to make and it only takes 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
1 can of whole corn
1/2 can of table cream or heavy whipped cream
1/2 medium onion diced
1 cube of chicken stock
1 tbsp of butter
1 tsp of salt
1 1/2 cup of milk
2 tbsp of flour
