It’s that time of year again; The Manchester Christmas markets are back this year and better than ever. This year they are even bigger so there are so many more stalls to look around. The markets makes Manchester look more magical at this time of year with all the Christmas lights, it’s a real festive atmosphere. I went the night after they started and it was far too busy, just as I expected. I would suggest going during the day if you don’t want to be stuck in the crowds but the lights and the giant Santa on Albert Square are impressive. It got me in the Christmas spirit with the aromas of mulled wine and German sausages. With an ice rink on Spinningfields and The Old Windmill House on Albert Square it was a good night out with friends.
