Having about 8.5 km² Brazil is a country big enough to embrace so many different people and cultures. This ability to accept is even more understood if we think that the nation was built upon not only europeans, but with a massive population of black african slaves and natives (yellow skin indians). Later during its development the land received many immigrants, including lots of germans, italians and japanese people. I know that any country that large is home to different cultures and people, but if Brazil is amongst those with more tolerance and hospitality, it is due to the fact that we are used to see those differences every time we walk out, no matter how small is the town – sometimes we don’t even need to go out of our houses.
