Hosted inside the historic Manchester Town hall, Cathay Pacific celebrated its 4x weekly launch to the UK’s North West with 150 VIPs, dignitaries, and leading business figures from the local area. We were one of the lucky few to be invited to the special event last week, marking this important route between Manchester and Hong Kong. The biggest treat for the lucky attendees was in the shape of a beautiful catwalk show of some of Cathay’s most iconic (and stunning) cabin crew uniforms.

Dubbed ‘Walking on Air’ this unique fashion show featured Cathay Pacific crew members modelling the entire range of uniforms worn since Cathay Pacific’s inception in 1946. Almost 70 years of fashion in one show – all of which have been meticulously looked after.
