I have recently been fortunate enough to be invited (along with a few other very talented people) to be an official blogger for the Italian Food Awards, therefore I thought it would be as good as time as any to start visiting some of the Italian Restaurants in-and-around Manchester and the North-West to see what they had to offer (and hopefully convey some kind of knowledge on the subject)!
So on a chilly but beautifully sunny Saturday afternoon in Manchester I headed over (with my new foodie dining companion) to the highly recommended Salvi’s Cucina for lunch.
