São Paulo: An Urban Street Art Jungle

Sao Paulo is Brazil’s largest city, with some 15 million people living in its urban areas. Sao Paulo is a very vibrant city, and by vibrant I mean colours are everywhere (street art litters the whole city!), people are really friendly and the streets are always filled with life – people eating, chatting, or at a bar drinking (which can get dangerous at night, so be wary!). I remember arriving late in the night and walking around the city looking for my couchsurfing host, but there were still lots of people hanging around the city and I know for a fact that the following day was a working day, because I was surprised my host was so willing to meet me close to midnight when I arrived.
