Manchester’s Sea Life Centre is one of the city’s hidden gems for people young and old.

Last weekend I had the pleasure of visiting the Sea Life Centre located in the Trafford Centre. This was my first experience of visiting a Sea Life Centre in the UK and it was one I won’t forget soon.

What is the Sea Life Centre?

The Sea Life Centre is an aquarium centre with over 5,000 creatures including sharks, seahorses, octopus, jellyfish and rays. 

During my trip to the centre last week, I spent about an hour walking through the maze of glass with sea animals swimming all around me. One of the best parts was seeing sharks and sea turtles swim over my head!

The cost to visit the Sea Life Centre can be expensive, but don’t fear as pre-booking tickets via the website can lower the price to below £10.
