Yes, it is true! There is a vegan friendly Chinese restaurant in Manchester! And I don’t mean that there are one or two vegan dishes on the menu – I am talking real variety!

Lotus Vegetarian Kitchen situated here… looks quite unassuming from the outside, just a quiet little red brick café front with magnolia walls and a few little tables inside. Do not be deceived! Like many fabulous one off cafés, bars, clubs and restaurants Lotus Vegetarian Kitchen is a small establishment with a heck of a lot of gusto!

The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly and make you feel welcome the moment you arrive. Now I do have a quick confession.
