Those are probably some of the most powerful words ever spoken. Carl Sagan perfectly illustrates how stupid humans are. We are all part of the same species, yet we act like we are not, and we keep killing each other. We keep destroying vast areas of our planet and the animals living there, and for what? So we can sell some wood for some quick money? What happens when there are no more trees left to sell? What will we do then? What happens when the oil dries up? We have created the concept of money and our relentless pursuit of it is destroying us.
