It seems clear that though we’re called the United Kingdom since 1707, problems between the North and South are still there, especially in this referendum that the majority of Scottish and Northern Irish people voted to remain, whereas the majority English and Welsh people voted to leave. This referendum has illustrated how divided we’ve became. Due to this massive divide, therefore, it came no surprise that the Scotland wants to leave the UK, again. I was in favour of the #BetterTogether campaign and the single most issue led the Scottish people to stay in the union was it’s membership in the EU. The #BetterTogether campaign, which I was a part of, had said that by leaving the Union, Scotland would lose their membership in the EU. The promise that staying in the Union meaning staying in the EU was made. We, therefore, really can’t blame the Scottish people want another referendum…
