I was recently invited for an over night stay at the Lowry hotel, in the heart of Manchester city center. The Lowry hotel was the first 5 star named hotel in Manchester and one of only 20 hotels in the UK to be part of the Leading hotels of the world. They have 165 bedrooms including six suites and a presidential suite.
I got to stay in one of their superior rooms, padded out with a walk in wardrobe, flat screen TV, and a reading corner. One of the first things that hit me upon entering the room, was the incredible lighting from their ceiling to floor length window wall. Sadly, there wasn’t an amazing view to go with it, due to building work going on, nevertheless, it created a natural vibe to the room and was quite breathtaking.
