So I LOVE to cook! I have taken lots of cooking classes, am certified in ProStart Culinary Art, and spent my whole life whipping things up in the kitchen. I like to bake too, but not nearly as much. I think I just get too distracted eating the batter or the frosting or whatever goodies I am making (I have a HUGE sweet tooth).

Anyways, I always see people cook rice the WRONG WAY! It is so frustrating, but honestly I did it that way too before being enlightened on rice cooking in Brazil (thanks Cleo).
