    Good for them that they get organized!
    But women also have to face the problems within their own ranks. I have for example noticed several times in working places, that not even women respect female bosses. They tend to treat a female boss like another secretary, which they would never do with a male boss. And also when they work in a group they might be the best of friends, but as soon as a male enters the room, they are fierce rivals and even slander each other to that man.
    Women need to learn to respect themselves and each other. Solidarity, Ladies!
