My favourite coffee has always been and still is the one from Ethiopia, and I never knew that coffee production started there, how interesting!

For me its a Kenyan or Ethiopian/Brazilian/Colombian mix (milder but still strong)!

We also drink Peruvian coffee and mix sometimes with the Ethiopian. Seems like we enjoy the highland coffees.
