Ibérica is not usually the type of restaurant I write reviews about. This upmarket and fine dining venue doesn’t see many students rushing through its doors. However, it makes an idyllic choice if you were celebrating or wanted to have a taste of Manchester’s fancy side. The restaurant is elegant, stylish and impressive which fits perfectly into the Spinningfields vibe. The huge hanging Spanish lanterns and two-storey long windows give the place a touch of magnificence. The bright orange and yellow Mediterranean colours create a modern and fun feel and hint to a traditional Spanish heritage. The menu is innovative and an interesting twist on usual Spanish tapas.
