Textbook Studio


Hello again.

Stationery, books and printing has always been my favourite so what could be greater than the opportunity to visit Textbook Studio?

I am one of the many students in the group that are leading the production of the catalog for our final exhibition – so for this, we had to visit the studio which is based at Islington Mill in Salford. Instantly, I was in awe of the place. While it was a horribly rainy day, the interior of the design studio was a ray of golden sunshine. Have a look for yourself!


While we were being warmly greeted by Chris, he offered us all tea and we got down to business. A range of samples were shown, from already printed material to photo books by other designers.


The ‘It’s Nice That’ publications were my personal favourite and their covers were to die for. Hopefully, we will soon…
