Rhythm can guide the body into breathing slower, deeper patterns that have a calming effect


Here’s the video of the work I did that looked into the effects of rhythm and tempo on the body and the movement it created. The project expanded into looking at pitch and instrumentation as the video touches on. The dancer I worked with was really great and responded exactly how I was hoping.
