From the title I presumed this was a talk about spirituality β¦ He lost me when he talked about the “good people of Google and Facebook”.

I took that to refer to unintended consequences, and that he meant “good” as in “skilled” (and thereby improving their employer’s bottom line)?

The matter of language comes into it as well again, I think. I mean what language one has grown up with and the culture and tradition conditions the perception.
