Happy UNESCO World Day for Audiovisual Heritage 2020!

Sussex student and Digital Media Guru, Sam, interviews audio preservation engineer, Duncan, from Unlocking Our Sound Heritage.

Unlocking Our Sound Heritage is a British Library project to preserve, catalogue, and give access to rare and unique sound recordings from across the UK. They’re based at The Keep Archives, a five-minute walk from our Falmer campus. They work with archives across the South East to digitise and catalogue sound recordings that are at risk of being lost.
