In England at one of the universities, they researched the impact of meditating on dna. They had two group, which they followed three months, one that meditated half an hour every day, and another that didn’t medidate. Already after one month they could see a change in the dna of the meditating group; it had improved, bevome healthier. Now that I think about it, wasn’t it one of the videos you shared?
