My husband thinks they should have included the incredibly ridiculous word “Hubschrauber” (helicopter).

That’s true, haha, but that’s colloquial, is it not? Hubschrauber is, alas, an official word.

Yes (at least on this side of the Atlantic). Hubschrauber has it’s own beauty (and I’m not referring to the first six letters)?

Haha, nice! It means something like lifted by screw movements, so clumsy. I just read in my online dictionary that the Americans also seem to call them whirlybirds and eggbeaters.
