This video documents some of the changes and new construction in the area of central Manchester to the south east. We start in Ardwick, continue past the UMIST Campus and no to Mayfield Park and a new construction site on Great Ancoats Street.

Also featured is a new book written by Andy Spinoza who formerly ran PR companies. He has had a unique view on the development of Manchester over 40 years. His book features two of my photographs.

Finally we look at the Old Fire Station on London Road, where renovation work continues slowly.

Very soon, the HS2 project is going to transform the south east area of central Manchester and I am going to document the development before during and after in future videos.
