    I like to each beech nuts when I can get hold of them in the woods, but they are hard to get out of the shell. I do feel a special atmosphere when walking through a patch of wood only consisting of beeches. Interesting also that in France they make fake coffee out of the nuts. In Germany they use acorns or chicory root. I didn’t know about the truffles.
