Can a little cosplay magic make a stranger smile in the streets of London?

I’m building a tiny animatronic dragon and creating an autumnal witch costume, using essence makeup to bring the final look together before heading to MCM London Comic Con as a cosplay judge.

I’m then taking my creation out into central London to see if I can make a complete stranger smile.
