The Dutch are really on top of things in that respect … they need to be, as large parts of their country is under sea level. The Netherlands are really vulnarable when/if the sea level rises.

I like the way these engineers saw it as a conversation between them and nature’s possibilities. There was always the possibility of having to rethink their strategy!
