Follow into the footsteps of the walkers of the Camino de Santiago

Every year for 12 centuries now, thousands of people from all over the world walk to Santiago the Compostela, located in the northwest of the Iberian Peninsula, in a thrilling adventure that combines companionship, sport and personal challenge in a unique cultural and natural environment.

The project “¡Buen Camino!” on Google Arts & Culture provides context about the monumental heritage, the natural heritage and the intangible heritage that enriches and characterises this itinerary, allowing everyone to unveil the unique experience of walking the St James Ways.
