One of my favorite books ever — “Rational Fasting” by Arnold Ehret. Totally inspirational, totally overwrought, full of quackery and full of truth at the same time. You just have to read it ๐ (I say this with love in my heart, as I have been fasting periodically ever since with good results.)

I guess health and lifespan also very much depend on what one eats in between the fasting spells ๐
