Now I am hungry. I am doing it just like this, with the exception of Peccorino, which I can’t get here. I even use Basilico Genovese. Delicious, delicious.

I’ve been thinking I’m making homemade pesto for a few months (which everyone loves by the way) but I didn’t realise it’s meant to have garlic! 😆 Maybe I’ll just not tell anyone 😉

That’s probably still deliciously basil flavoured (though I’ve never heard of anyone missing the garlic before, all the other ingredients are make up for its absence)!

That must have been it then. ☺️ I love how smooth the traditional one is, that’s how I love mine too. I hate the hipster kind that’s too thick, without enough oil, like it’s not meant to be patte dude!?
