Fine art photographer Michael Massaia just completed this series entitled It’s in the Leaving, a project he started in 2012 focusing on the last pay phones in New York City. Just looking at the images makes me realize how technology advances so fast and what was once a vital form of communication is now hugely neglected while for others a source of amusement.
